Chadds Ford Residence

The symmetrical and classical exterior of this stucco house in Chadds Ford, PA is offset by the extensive color palette on the interior which was heavily influenced by the client, a fashion designer/boutique owner. With four children, it was important to design spaces where kids would feel comfortable. The double-height Living Room is another example of marrying whimsy with formal architecture.
