Gramercy Townhouse
This very colorful and original townhouse, located in the Gramercy Park area of Manhattan, was designed for a painter, a writer and their family. The existing spaces were seen as a blank canvas to be painted on with the enlisted help of Julian Schnabel who was brought on as a color consultant. The original Master Bathroom was left intact with side-by-side bathtubs and an under-the-sea fresco featuring the underside of a rowboat on the ceiling.
